We are a small business, and so grateful your support! For all made-to-order lighting orders, shipping is 12-14+ weeks. Additional shipping lead times can be found in the "Shipping" details section within each product. The made-to-order lighting is custom-made and therefore not eligible for cancellation or return.
Your order will be thoughtfully packaged and inspected before it gets shipped off to you, but damages may occur during shipping. We kindly ask that you please notify us as soon as possible of any damages so that we can replace or refund your order (depending on availability).
Shipping Policy & Tariff Update
Some of our custom-made pieces, including select lighting and made-to-order items, are crafted by our partners in the United Kingdom and European Union and ship directly to you. To simplify the import process, an 8% customs and tariffs fee is now automatically calculated and added at checkout. This fee covers the estimated U.S. import duties for these items and is collected before shipping.
Occasionally, additional duties or taxes may still be assessed by the carrier upon delivery. These are determined by U.S. Customs and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
